MEEEOW

Feeling a bit catty?

This drawing took so long! I've just been getting into the whole digital drawing on my tablet however I'm finding it a little difficult compared to drawing on paper. So I first of all drew the image the usual way I do on paper with pen and a pencil then transferred it on the computer to edit. I think it turned out quite lovely, just too a little longer than expected!

Not sure what I was thinking when I drew this and tbh I don't think I ever really think about my drawings on a deeper level. I'm sure do some more non-sensical drawings very soon :)

P.S. obviously I ADORE cats.

Cannot stop playing with my new tablet! Hehe

Some great inspirational illustrations by UK artist Nicola Rowlands
Oh so very excited to use my brand new tablet! I drew this up quickly as practise and I have to say it's going to take a bit of time of getting used to digital work - it's all so new to me! After being traditional for a good three years, throwing out that pen & paper is going to be a struggle.

HOOT

Drew this guy up this morning, I was unsure about adding colour to it but I think it looks great! :)
Inspired by one of my favourite photographers!
I'm getting back into drawing a fair bit lately - thank god! I drew up this portrait a couple of days ago, it's basically a drawn version of a photograph taken by Ali Mitton, a local Gold Coast photographer.
What do you think?

INSPIRATION

I've been on a bit of a creative low at the moment, so there's a little inspiration.
